I have wallpaper liner under my wallpaper on the top 1/2 of my kitchen walls and am wondering if I can do a painting technique on top of my wall paper liner if I make sure the liner is sealed well. Has anyone else did this also and did it look good or did it not look so good? I love the look of tuscany yellow/gold or venetian plaster.....Decorative painting over wallpaper liner?
the process of venetian plastering may rip the liner - if that is what you meant. Those colors are fine, maybe try them with a colorwashed/marbelized glaze instead of a plaster.Decorative painting over wallpaper liner?
